The next morning when we went to the front desk to try and get the room we booked online, we were told No that we couldnt move rooms because they were booked already. Again, no apology, no offer to fix what they did wrong.

When we called the diner to inform them, they told us to bring the food down and they would replace it. When we got to out room and opened our food, it was all wrong. We ordered food to go from the little diner at the entrance of the casino. After this we decided to call it a night and get some dinner and just return to our room for the night. The cashier than told me 'go now, there are people waiting behind you'. When I was directed to the casino cage by a slot attendant to redeem a ticket the machine would not take, I was told to go to the automated machine, that since I wasnt a diamond card holder they would not assist me. When we went down to the casino, we had multiple machine malfunctions. No apology given, no offer to attempt to resolve the problem. Upon check-in, we were told our room that we booked online was not available and if we wanted to stay there, we would have to take what they give us. We first made reservations online, and than drove the 5 hours to get there. We choose Harrahs to stay at because of pur previous experiences in Vegas. My wife and I decided to do a weekend getaway.
